The China SME 2006 Award jury has selected AsiaInspection as the prize winner, during the annual Gala of the French Chamber of Commerce in China in Shanghai, on October 28th, 2006. Mme Lagarde, Minister Delegate for Foreign Trade, has presented the Award to Sebastien Breteau, AsiaInspection's CEO, before an audience of 700 members of the French and Chinese business communities. In his acceptance speech, Sebastien Breteau insisted on the reasons for AsiaInspection's success. Founded in Shenzhen in 2002, AsiaInspection has grown 10-fold since it launched its online platform in 2003. Today, it has a network of over 200 experienced inspectors throughout Asia, who perform in the last quarter of 2006 1,500 Product Inspections and Production and Social Audits each month, for a monthly turnover of $500,000.
